Policy Mapping Questionnaire v2

What is the purpose of this questionnaire?

The purpose of this questionnaire is to map individual Wales Procurement Policy Notes (WPPN) and UKG Procurement Policy Notes (PPN) to a given procurement. This is done through asking a series of questions which are then used to identify the relevant WPPN's and PPNs.

How long will it take to complete?

< 10 minutes. The questionnaire has multiple choice questions and 8 sections in total.

When should I complete it?

The questionnaire should be completed prior to issuing a contract award notice in Sell2Wales. The reference number generated by the policy mapping tool should be entered into the Sell2Wales contract award notice. This will enable the policy data to be mapped to the Sell2Wales data for further analysis.

What happens if I change my mind with my selections after I have submitted my questionnaire?

You can run the questionnaire as many times as you want. A unique reference number is generated each time. Just remember to use the correct reference number that you want to be associated with your Sell2Wales procurement when you come to enter your procurement notice.
